AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 1 Reporting

Ayush Admissions Central Counselling Committee (AACCC) has announced the Round 1 result of AYUSH Counselling 2025 and the candidates who have received seats have to take the next important step, reporting to the allotted institute. Reporting is a compulsory step where the candidates are required to confirm their admission by reporting to the allotted institute and submitting their original documents with the required fees and completing admission related activities at the institute.

Reporting to the allotted institute for Round 1 is to take place from 5th September 2025 to 12th September 2025. It is advised to strictly  adhere to the reporting dates because any delay beyond the  reporting period would lead to cancellation of the allotted seat. During the reporting period candidates could also opt for their options of joining the allotted seat, submit their willingness for upgradation in Round 2, and/or exercise the free exit option as per AACCC rules.

AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 1 Reporting Date

After the declaration of the Round 1 result on 4th September 2025, candidates who are allotted a seat must report to their allotted institute to confirm admission. The reporting process includes document verification, fee submission, and completion of admission formalities. The official reporting schedule is as follows:

Candidates are advised to report within the given time frame, as failure to report will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat and they may become ineligible for further counselling rounds (depending on the exit rules).

Reporting Rules for Round 1

Once a candidate is allotted a seat in Round 1, they must follow specific rules depending on their choice to join, upgrade, or exit. The reporting rules are explained below:

  1. If Allotted a Seat

Willing to Join the Allotted Institute

  • Candidates must report to the allotted institute within the reporting schedule.
  • They need to complete admission formalities including document verification and fee submission.

Willing to Join but Also Want Upgradation in Round 2

  • Candidates should report to the Round 1 allotted institute.
  • At the time of reporting, they must submit willingness for upgradation.
  • Their seat will be retained unless upgraded in the next round.

Not Willing to Join the Allotted Institute

  • Candidates who do not join can avail Free Exit.
  • They remain eligible to participate in subsequent rounds by filling fresh choices.

Candidates Wishing to Resign the Joined Round 1 Seat

  • Free Exit Option: Can resign before the declaration of Round 2 final result (excluding result day) and participate in later rounds by filling new choices.
  • Exit with Forfeiture: If candidates resign after Round 2 final result is announced but before 3 days prior to Round 3, they can still participate in further rounds by paying fees again and filling fresh choices.
  • If withdrawal happens between 3 days before Round 3 and publication of Round 3 final result (excluding result day), candidates will become ineligible for AACCC-UG counselling.
  • Candidates withdrawing their seats after Round 3 final result will also be ineligible for any further AYUSH-UG counselling (Central/State/UT).
  1. If Not Allotted a Seat
  • Such candidates can participate in subsequent rounds of counselling.
  • They must fill fresh choices as per eligibility for that particular round.

Documents Required During Joining/Reporting to the Allotted College

Candidates allotted seats in AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 1 must report to their allotted college within the stipulated schedule. At the time of reporting, candidates are required to carry original documents along with at least two sets of attested photocopies for verification. Failing to produce the necessary documents may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.

  • Provisional Allotment Letter – Generated online from the AACCC portal.
  • NEET (UG) 2025 Admit Card – Issued by NTA.
  • NEET (UG) 2025 Score Card – Issued by NTA.
  • Date of Birth Certificate – If the Class 10th certificate does not mention the date of birth.
  • Class 10th Certificate & Marksheet.
  • Class 12th Certificate & Marksheet.
  • Passport Size Photographs (08) – Same as uploaded in NEET (UG) 2025/AACCC-UG online application.
  • Valid Identity Proof – Aadhaar/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate – Issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner in the prescribed format (Annexure-V).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) – From the last attended institution.

Course-Specific Requirements

  • BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery) – Candidates must produce a certificate of Class 10th or 12th having Tamil as one subject; otherwise, Tamil must be studied as a subject in the first professional year.
  • BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery) – Candidates must produce a certificate of Class 10th or 12th having Urdu/Arabic/Persian as one subject; otherwise, Urdu along with Arabic and Mantiq wa Falsafa (Logic & Philosophy) must be studied in the first professional year.

Q. What happens if I join Round 1 and then want to resign?

A. If you withdraw before the final Round 2 results are declared, you may enter future rounds (Free Exit).  If you withdraw any time after the final results of Round 2, and before Round 3, this will be treated as an Exit with Forfeiture.  You will be able to enter the next round, but you will have to pay the required fees again.  If you withdraw after the final Round 3 results have been declared, you will be ineligible to participate in any further AACCC-UG counselling. 

Q. Can I participate in Round 2 if I did not get a seat in Round 1?

A. Candidates who have not received a seat in Round 1 may participate in Round 2, by submitting fresh choices. 

Q. What if I fail to report at the allotted college within the given schedule?

A. If you do not report at the college where you were allocated a seat during the reporting period (5th to 12th September 2025), your allocated seat will be cancelled. You will still be able to participate in the next round of counselling only if Free Exit is permitted.
