Uttarakhand AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 1 officially commenced and welcomed the start of the counseling process for admission to BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses in the state. Conducted by Uttarakhand Ayurved University (UAU), the admissions counseling process is centralized to promote a fair and transparent process for the allocation of seats in government and private AYUSH colleges. 

The start date for Round 1 online registration, along with the submission of fees, filling in of default choices, and printout for final submission, began on September 16th, 2025, and will remain available for 7 days until September 23rd, 2025 (up to 12:00 midnight). Applicants who have qualified in the same NEET 2025 exam are encouraged to follow the timeline and register within the time period, to be considered for participation. 

The following round is of significant importance, as it will create the grounds for the basis of preparation for the state merit list with which seat allotments will be determined for AYUSH colleges. If you do not register within the timeline you will lose the opportunity to participate in Round 1.

Uttarakhand AYUSH Counselling 2025 Counselling Procedure

Uttarakhand AYUSH Counselling 2025 procedure is conducted by Uttarakhand Ayurved University (UAU) for seat allocation under state quota and all-India quota for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS courses. This process is held online, in multiple rounds, and assurances a fair and transparent system of seat allocation. Below is the step by step counselling process, along with round wise detail:

Registration

• Registration is a mandatory step for all NEET (UG) 2025 qualified candidates, it must be done online to participate in counselling.
• The following information is required for Registration: NEET 2025 Roll Number, Application Number, valid mobile number, and email ID.
• Registration for all rounds: Candidates must register (or upgarde) for each round of counselling to be eligible for seat allotment. Spot registration is not allowed.

Online Choice Filling

• Candidates must fill and lock their preferred choices of colleges and courses online for each round separately.
• Choices must be filled carefully and in order of preference, as allotment once made will not be altered.
• Candidates not interested in a particular course/college/quota should avoid selecting it to prevent unwanted allotments.

Seat Allotment & Result

• Seats are allotted based on NEET 2025 merit, choices filled, reservation policy, and seat availability.
• Allotment results are published on the UAU website (www.uau.ac.in) only.
• Candidates must download and print the Allotment Letter after paying the refundable security fee of Rs.15,000 (for UG).

Reporting to Allotted College

• Candidates must report to the allocated college only during specified dates, with all original documents, and self-attested photocopies of documents, at the specified date, for verification purposes.
• Failure to report to a college during reporting period results in cancellation of allocated seat, and forfeiture of security fee.
