Online Registration and Document Upload will take place from 11 November 2025 (1:00 PM) to 13 November 2025 (6:00 PM). The process will be conducted entirely online, including registration, document upload, fee payment, and choice filling. Candidates who did not get the seats in first three rounds can now get part by doing a fresh registration and paying the prescribed registration fee and security fee. Candidates who have already been allotted a seat in the previous rounds will not be eligible for this round.

Important Instructions for Uttar Pradesh AYUSH Counselling 2025 – Stray Vacancy Round 1
Directorate of AYUSH in Uttar Pradesh has released certain instructions for applicants who will participate in the Stray Vacancy Round 1 of UP AYUSH UG Counselling 2025. All candidates are required to strictly adhere to the advice to keep their eligibility and for successful admission as well.
Ineligible Candidates (Allotted in previous rounds):
- Candidates who have already been allotted seats by the committee under 1st, 2nd, or 3rd rounds of UP AYUSH counselling, will not be eligible to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round.
Physical Presence Mandatory for Document Verification:
- Every candidate under any condition must physically appear at the designated nodal centre for original document verification. The failure to present in person, will result in outright disqualification of that candidate, and they will not be provided with any admission to the respective college.
Compulsory Admission for Allotted Seat:
- Candidates who are allotted a provisional seat during the Stray Vacancy Round, must complete the admission to the AYUSH college as allotted or provide verification of their documentation at the nodal centre. If they do not fulfil the above conditions, it will result in automatic cancellation of the entire security deposit.
No Re-allotment in Stray Vacancy Round:
- Re-allotment or upgraded allotment is not permitted in the Stray Vacancy Round. Upon allotment, the candidate shall accept it as final.
Admission Process Post Verification:
- Post verification of documents at nodal centre indicated on the allotment letter, candidates need to download the allotment letter and report to the college where they have been allotted as per admission process.
- During admission to the college, the described list should be submitted as original along highlighted photocopies self-attested copies.
- The concerned college will conduct a medical board verification before finalising the admission.
Registration and Fee Payment:
- Candidates who have not registered earlier in UP AYUSH UG Counselling 2025 must pay a registration fee of Rs.2,000 and the applicable security deposit.
- Candidates who registered in earlier rounds but did not receive any seat allotment must re-register by paying a registration fee of Rs.1,000.
Nodal Centre for Document Verification:
- All candidates must report for physical verification at Government National Homoeopathic Medical College, Hahnemann Chauraha, Viraj Khand-1, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Other Eligibility Restrictions:
- Candidates declared ineligible by AACCC-2025 are not allowed to participate in the UP AYUSH Stray Vacancy Round.
