Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has released Notice No. 17 announcing the revised CAP Round 1 schedule for NEET UG 2026 admissions to BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and allied healthcare courses for the academic year 2026-27.
The revised schedule covers BAMS/BHMS/BUMS under Group B and BPTH/BOTH/BASLP/B P&O/BNYS under Group C. The notice is dated September 21, 2026 and has been issued by the State CET Cell, Maharashtra. The State CET Cell conducts admission processes for medical, AYUSH and other professional courses in Maharashtra.
Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2026: Group B CAP Round 1 Revised Schedule
Under Group B, the revised schedule is applicable to BAMS, BHMS and BUMS courses.

Candidates submitting grievances must provide the necessary supporting documentary proof. The notice states that changes without supporting documents will not be entertained.

Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2026 Choice Filling Dates
For BAMS, BHMS and BUMS, candidates will be able to submit their online choices/preferences from September 24 to September 26, 2026, up to 11:59 PM.
For BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, B P&O and BNYS, the choice/preference filling window will remain open from September 27 to September 29, 2026, up to 11:59 PM.
Candidates should carefully enter their preferences within the specified period because the CAP Round 1 seat allotment will follow the counselling process and choices submitted by eligible candidates.
Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2026 CAP Round 1 Result
The CAP Round 1 declaration date for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS (Group B) is September 27, 2026. For BPTH/BOTH/BASLP/B P&O/BNYS (Group C), the CAP Round 1 declaration is scheduled for September 30, 2026.
Candidates should check the official Maharashtra CET Cell portal for the CAP Round 1 result and further admission instructions.
Physical Joining and Admission
Candidates allotted a college in CAP Round 1 will have to complete physical joining at the allotted college along with original documents and the applicable fees/DD within the prescribed deadline.
Group B
Physical joining for BAMS, BHMS and BUMS will be conducted from September 28 to October 1, 2026, up to 5:30 PM
Group C
Physical joining for BPTH, BOTH, BASLP, B P&O and BNYS will be conducted from October 1 to October 5, 2026, up to 5:30 PM
The notice further states that payment by cheque is allowed on bank holidays and must be replaced by DD on the next working day. If the candidate fails to submit the DD on the next working day, the admission may be cancelled.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates should check the registered candidate list and provisional merit list on the scheduled dates.
- Group B candidates can submit grievances from September 22 to September 23, 2026 up to 12 noon.
- Group C candidates can submit grievances from September 23 to September 24, 2026 up to 10 PM.
- Supporting documentary proof must be submitted for any correction or grievance.
- Candidates should complete choice/preference filling within the prescribed deadline.
- Candidates allotted seats in CAP Round 1 must complete physical joining within the specified period.
- Candidates should regularly check the official Maharashtra CET Cell website for further updates, as the notice states that the schedule is subject to changes as directed by competent authorities including MCC, AACCC, Central Government, State Government and other relevant authorities.
