OJEE Released 1st Round Provisional Admission Schedule for BAMS & BHMS

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) authorities have released the schedule and instructions for provisional admission to BAMS and BHMS courses under the 1st Round of counselling for the 2026-27 academic session.

Candidates who have received an allotment in the first round must personally report to the OJEE Office at Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the scheduled date and time for provisional admission.

Admission Fee

Allotted candidates are required to exercise the Freeze or Float option using their login credentials. The notification states that an admission fee of Rs.8,500 must be paid online through the candidate’s respective login ID.

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates must bring all required certificates, mark sheets, CLC and other documents in original, along with another set of photocopies, for provisional admission at the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar.

Candidates must also submit their Nativity Certificate and CLC in original. After payment of the prescribed admission fee and successful verification of the required documents, candidates will receive a provisional admission letter from the OJEE Office along with an acknowledgement of the submitted documents.

Candidates Should Not Report to the Allotted College Yet

OJEE has specifically advised candidates not to report to their allotted college at this stage. Candidates should wait until the entire counselling and admission process is completed.

After the final counselling, OJEE will send the list of admitted students along with the admission fees to the concerned institutes. The institutes will then complete the final admission process.

If any amount is refundable to a candidate, the refund will be processed after the final admission dates as per the applicable government procedure.

Candidates are advised to report to the OJEE Office only on their allotted date and time and should preferably come alone or with only one guardian, along with all required documents.

Note: The notification states that if there is any revision in the fee structure as per a Government Order, the revised fee will automatically apply.
