Online Registration

  • Go to the official website: https://aaccc.gov.in.
  • Click on “UG Counselling” and choose the relevant round (Round 1, 2, 3, or SVR).
  • Enter NEET-UG 2025 Roll Number, Application Number, and Date of Birth to start registration.
  • Carefully fill in the application form using the same email ID and mobile number used during NEET UG 2025 registration.

Note: Any false undertaking may lead to strict disciplinary action, including cancellation of allotted seat and debarment from further rounds.

AACCC UG Counselling Choice Filling & Locking

  • After successful registration, log in to the portal using your credentials.
  • Select your preferred AYUSH stream (BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, BUMS, B.Pharm-Ay) and list of institutes.
  • Arrange your choices in order of preference. You can Modify, rearrange, or delete choices until the deadline.
  • Lock the choices manually.
  • If not locked, choices will be auto-locked as per the server time.

Note: Choice filling is available only for Govt., Govt. Aided, Central Universities & National Institutes. Deemed University choices are not filled via portal. You must select “Deemed University” as an option to express willingness. Contact the Deemed University directly for SVR participation.

AACCC UG Counselling Round-Wise Process

AACCC conducts All India Quota (AIQ) counselling for AYUSH undergraduate courses like BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BSMS, and B.Pharm (Ay) seats. The counselling procedure is completely online and is performed in four rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3 & Stray Vacancy Round (SVR)). A detailed explanation of each round of counselling is given below:

Round 1 – First Allotment

Eligibility: All NEET UG Exam 2025 pass candidates.

Process:

  • Candidates must do the registration on AACCC official website (https://aaccc.gov.in).
  • Fee Payment: Pay registration + security deposit according to your selected counselling type (Govt./CU/Deemed).
  • Choice Filling: Candidates must fill in courses (BAMS, BUMS, etc.) and colleges of preference.
  • Seat Allotment: It’ll be based on NEET UG rank, preferences, and seat availability.
  • Provisional Result: Published for scrutiny (queries can be sent prior to final result).
  • Final Result & Allotment Letter: Download from the portal.
  • Reporting: Physically report to the allotted institute with all original documents.

Exit Option: Candidates can avail Free Exit if they don’t join the allotted seat.

Round 2 – Upgradation & Fresh Allotments

Eligibility:

  • Candidates who did not registered in Round 1.
  • Registered candidates who were not allotted any seat.
  • Round 1 joined candidates who opted for upgradation.
  • Candidates who availed Free Exit in Round 1.

Process:

  • No need to re-register if already registered in Round 1.
  • Fresh choice filling is required (Round 1 choices become invalid).
  • Seat allotment, result publication, and reporting follow the same structure as Round 1.

Exit Option: Candidates may opt Free Exit before R-2 final result is announced (excluding the result date).

Round 3 – Final Centralized Round

Eligibility:

  • Fresh candidates who did not register in R-1 or R-2.
  • Registered candidates who weren’t allotted seats in previous rounds.
  • Round 1 or 2 joined candidates who opted for upgradation or exited with fee forfeiture.
  • Round 2 non-joined candidates with forfeiture.

Process:

  • Fresh registration is mandatory if not already registered.
  • Previous non-allotted candidates can participate without new registration.
  • Candidates must refill choices—previous ones are null and void.
  • No Free Exit allowed if a seat is allotted in this round.
  • Seat allotment follows the usual process based on merit and preferences.

Note: Candidates allotted seats in Round 3 must report and cannot withdraw. Non-compliance leads to disqualification from all further AACCC/State AYUSH UG counselling.

Stray Vacancy Round (SVR)

There are two types:

  • SVR-I & II – For Govt./Govt. Aided/Central Universities/National Institutes/B. Pharm (Ay)
  • SVR-DU – For Deemed Universities (conducted by respective universities using AACCC portal)

Eligibility:

  • Registered candidates not allotted/admitted in previous rounds.
  • Candidates exited from R-1 or R-2 within deadlines.
  • Candidates forfeited fees before R-3 commencement.
  • New candidates not registered before, can register fresh during SVR.

Ineligibility:

  • Candidates admitted till R-3 final result.
  • Those who withdrew post R-3 result announcement.
  • Candidates admitted through any State/UT AYUSH UG counselling.

Process:

  • Submit fresh registration (SVR-I).
  • Fill fresh choices (for Govt/CU/NI only).
  • Deemed University aspirants must select “Deemed University” as counseling type and contact institutes directly for admission via SVR-DU.
  • No upgradation or Free Exit allowed.
  • If allotted, the candidate must join. Non-compliance results in disqualification and forfeiture of security deposit.

AACCC UG Counselling Refund Policy

Refundable security money paid at AACCC UG counselling is refunded only to candidates who do not receive a seat or do not join and abide by the counselling guidelines strictly. Refunds are effected after completion of all rounds, i.e., the Stray Vacancy Round, and are credited to the same card/account from which payment is made within 2–15 days of processing.

The fee will not be refunded if a candidate:

  • Non-joining/Exit with Forfeiture after Round-2, Round-3, or Stray Vacancy Round (SVR).
  • Non-joining the upgraded seat from previous rounds.
  • Giving false information in registration, resulting in cancellation of the seat allotted.
  • Offline resignation after the finalization of counselling.
  • Non-adherence to AACCC-UG Counselling Scheme 2025.
  • Withdrawal of seat assigned in SVR-DU (Deemed University Stray Round).
  • Employing the facility of registration unlock more than once and not adhering to the scheme.

AACCC UG Counselling Reservation Policy

AACCC adheres to the reservation policy of the Central Government for admission to undergraduate seats under All India Quota (AIQ) in Government, Government Aided, Central Universities, National Institutes, and B.Pharm (Ay) ITRA, Jamnagar. This offers fair access to AYUSH education to applicants from different reserved categories.

Major Reservation Guidelines:

Benefit of reservation is only available if the applicant is from the Central list of their respective category.

Category data will be fetched automatically from NEET UG 2025 results. No category change shall be permitted during AACCC counselling.

Candidates falling in the creamy layer of OBC are not eligible for OBC-NCL reservation and will be treated under General category.

PwBD candidates should possess a valid certificate produced from the MCC portal as per the RPwD Act, 2016.

Reserved seats that are not filled during Round 2 can be converted to other categories in Round 3 on a centrally approved conversion algorithm.

AACCC UG Counselling Participating Institutes

AACCC UG Counselling provides admission to 172 AYUSH institutions participating in India, which provide undergraduate courses such as BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BSMS on NEET UG rank. These institutions are Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, and Central Universities/National Institutes.

For BAMS, 103 colleges are present, including 67 Government, 20 Government Aided, 10 Deemed Universities, and 6 Central/National Institutes. The BHMS program is provided in 50 colleges, of which there are 35 Government, 6 Government Aided, 7 Deemed, and 2 Central/National Institutes. For BUMS, 16 colleges are available including 10 Government, 4 Aided, 1 Deemed, and 1 National Institute. For BSMS, there are 3 Government and National Institutes together.
