- Downloading Allotment Order: The selected candidates must download the allotment order from the official website after paying the University fee through the payment gateway.
- Document Submission: Candidates need to submit the printout of the filled online application form, provisional allotment order, and original certificates along with one set of attested copies to the Principal of the allotted college at the time of joining for final verification. In case of any discrepancies, the provisional allotment will be canceled.

Step 1: Mobile and Email Registration
- Visit the website https://ugayushcq.ysruhs.com.
- Enter your NEET UG – 2025 Roll Number.
- Click on the Mobile and Email Registration button.
- Enter a valid working Mobile Number and Email ID. OTPs will be sent to the registered Mobile Number and Email ID at different stages.
- Enter the OTPs received on your Mobile Number and Email ID for verification.
- Click on the Register button.
- If all details are correct and verified with OTPs, a successful registration message will be displayed.
Step 2: Payment of Registration Fee
- After successful registration, proceed to the Payment Gateway for fee payment.
- The fee is non-refundable and will not be adjusted to a future date under any circumstances.
- Select the mode of payment and complete the payment process.
- After successful payment, a registration number will be sent to your Mobile Number and Email ID. Note down the registration number for further correspondence.
Step 3: Updating Data
- Enter your NEET UG – 2024 Roll Number and the registration number received after payment.
- Click on the Validate button to proceed to the Application form.
- The application form will be displayed. Fill in all the required details.
- Upload your Passport Size Photo and Signature. Ensure the scanned photo and signature are less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format.
- If you change the caste category from SC/ST to Open/BC, you will be asked to pay the difference in registration fee.
- After entering all details, click on the Save and Print button.
Step 4: Uploading Certificates
- Upload all the required certificates/documents in support of your claims.

Important Notes
- Candidates are advised to take a printout of the Prospectus / Instructions from the website http://drysruhs.edu.in or https://ugayushcq.ysruhs.com and verify the eligibility under Local/Non-local category for Competent Authority Quota Seats before filling the application form.
- The University Fee of Rs. 8,600/- for Competent authority seats and Rs. 24,500 for Management Quota Seats to be paid at the time of downloading the allotment order through Online. The University Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The counseling for admission will be made to the colleges affiliated for the year 2025-36, subject to receipt of fee structure G.O. from the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
- The printout of the online application form, signed at the declaration area, is to be submitted at the time of joining at the allotted college. There is no need to submit the printout by post/by hand to the university.

Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counselling Choice Filling 2025
Candidates must ensure that after successfully registering at the official website https://drntr.uhsap.in/, they need to take part in the choice filling on or before the scheduled dates. The candidates will log in with their NEET 2025 Roll Number and Password and select from the list of available BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS AYUSH colleges of their own preference. Candidates are to note that the window for choice filling will remain open till the announced deadline, but all candidates must fill in their choices on or before the deadline stipulated.
The payment of the deposit should be made online. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of whether the candidate joins or surrenders the seat that is offered during the seat allotment. Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/UR/EWS) are allowed to select the relevant quota if valid documents are available and fulfill the eligibility conditions. The filling of choice is set to one time per round. Late or partial submissions will not be processed.
Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counselling Choice Locking 2025
Filling up the choices is the last step for submission; candidates are required to lock their choices. In the event that a candidate fails to lock the choices, it will be considered as if the candidate does not wish to take part in the process of attending the counselling.
It is advised that the options selected are reviewed from every aspect and are very carefully prepared and selected so that there is no need for changes later. The system will show the Agree/Disagree button; the candidates selected will have to click Agree in order to confirm locking. If choices are not locked, the candidate will not be considered for seat allotment and will not be allotted to any college.

Seat allocation for Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counselling 2025 will be performed in multiple rounds: First Round, Second Round, and Third Round (if necessary), followed by a Stray Vacancy Round. Below is the descriptive explanation of the seat allotment procedure.
Seat Allotment Process
- Each candidate will have their seats assigned based on an online system that takes into account their merit, declared preferences, and seating arrangements according to reservations.
- Only candidates who have registered and confirmed the security deposit will be allowed to participate in the counseling rounds.
- Participants in these rounds will be those candidates who, during the rounds, were permitted seats and have completed all the required formalities with respect to the seat in the registered colleges.
- If any college is recently authorized by the Ministry of AYUSH or NCISM/NCH after the counselling rounds start, those colleges will be added into the counselling only after receiving the official seat data.
Allocation Based on Merit
- Allocations will be done as per the NEET 2025 Rank, categorization of choice preference filled by the candidate, and category/reservation criteria.
- If an applicant opts not to get enrolled after the seat allocation process, that seat will be considered unoccupied, and marked vacant for the next round(s).

Stray Vacancy Round of Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counselling 2025 is especially for candidates who did not get any seat allocated to them in the first three rounds of Andhra Pradesh AYUSH UG Counselling 2025. Payment of registration, as well as payment of fees can only be completed online on the official counselling portal. This round provides once last chance for candidates that still qualify for consideration to claim a seat in the AYUSH courses if seats are available after all the primary counselling rounds have been conducted.
Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counselling Seat Surrender Process
If a candidate is allotted a seat in the first or second rounds of Andhra Pradesh AYUSH Counselling 2025 and has resigned, they are expected to do so prior to the commencement of choice filling activities for the third round. The resignation process has to be executed in person at the allotted college, meaning that the candidate must submit a formal letter of resignation prior to the deadline. Such candidates will also be refunded the charges paid as admission fee, except for an amount of Rs. 1000, and the original documents submitted will be returned.
Resignation must be uploaded/updated by the college to the AYUSH counselling portal; otherwise, it will not be considered valid. Candidates who do not physically report to the college to complete the admission steps shall not be able to remove the resignation from the seat allotted through the portal. Therefore, actual reporting is required for allotment of the seat and resignation after allotment.
