TypeCost
PIN PurchaseRs. 1,000 (non-refundable)
Security MoneyRs. 10,000 (refundable security deposit)

Gujarat AYUSH Counselling Choice Filling 2025

Gujarat AYUSH Counselling Process has a significant step, which is online choice filling. Uploading choices online is important for seat allotment. First, candidates must visit the official website http://medadmgujarat.org, click on the link of ‘Ayurvedic & Homoeopathy’ under the ‘Undergraduate Admission’ tab. Then need to click ‘Login for Undergraduate Ayurvedic & Homoeopathy Admission’, then ‘Candidate Registration/Login’. Candidates must enter their USER ID (in the form of PIN serial number), password, 14-digit PIN, along with captcha details and click the submit button.

Once candidates log in successfully, they should navigate to the CHOICE DETAILS section, where they need to see: Available Choice, Fill Choice, Print Filled Choice, and Institute Details. By clicking on the Available Choice tab all the available combinations of institutes and courses are displayed. Different filters can be applied per Branch (BAMS/BHMS), Institute Type (Govt, Self-Financing or Grant-in-Aid), Seat Category (Govt, Management or NRI) and name of the institute.

Candidates are advised to fill in all available choices regardless of the current status of the institute’s recognition (permitted/recognised). This is important because if any institute receives permission at a later stage, the candidate may still be considered for a seat in that institute.

Once choices are visible, candidates should click “Consent and Fill Choice” to begin the choice-filling process. They can filter and select their preferences using the left panel and shift them to the right panel using the “Add” button. Candidates are allowed to add unlimited choices and can rearrange the order as per their priority. The choices can also be completely deleted and re-selected, giving the candidate full control over their preference list.

Gujarat AYUSH Counselling Choice Locking 2025

After completing the choice filling process, candidates are required to complete the steps in the choice filling process by either clicking “SAVE” or “SAVE & EXIT.” It is important to check the selected options again as they cannot be altered once they are locked. If changes are required, candidates can click on “Modify Choices,” input the 14-digit PIN, and update the necessary change.

After completing all changes to their selections, candidates must lock their choices by clicking on the “Lock Choices” option and inputting their 14-digit PIN again. Candidates will have to take a print-out of the choices they’ve locked as it will be their official record in case of disputes or clarifications.

If a candidate fails to manually lock their choices, the system will automatically lock the filled choices on the last date of choice filling, as announced by ACPUGMEC. Further, candidates can unlock editable fields until deadline, which is defined by the 14-digit code.

Candidates are recommended to prioritise their course, institute, type of seat, location, as well as tier for submission to ensure locked, filled boxes have the highest merit and availability chances. Prior filled and controlled format checks provide higher chances for favourable seat allocation.

Gujarat AYUSH Counselling Seat Allotment 2025

The seat allotment process for Gujarat AYUSH Counselling 2025 will be carried out by the Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC) based on the candidate’s merit rank and the choices filled during the choice filling round. Candidates who were previously eligible as per the earlier NEET-UG 2025 cut-off but are not eligible under the revised cut-off will not be allowed to participate in this registration process or be considered for seat allotment.

Candidates who had registered for Round 1 but did not receive any seat allotment are not required to register again for Round 2. Once the choice filling window is closed, ACPUGMEC will declare the allotment results as per the merit number and preferences filled by the candidates. The results will be published on the official website, and candidates can log in using their User ID and Password to download their allotment letter and fee challan.

The choice filling facility and seat matrix are available for all Ayurveda and Homoeopathy undergraduate colleges. However, seat allotment will be done only for those colleges that have received permission from the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) or National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) and have secured university affiliation by the time of allotment.

In Round 2, after all the eligible candidates from reserved categories (SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, and PwD) are allotted seats under their respective reservations based on merit, any remaining vacant reserved seats will be converted to the unreserved (General/Open) category. Seats from the NRI quota may be transferred to the Management quota, and PwD seats that remain unfilled will also be transferred to the corresponding category. This conversion and reallocation of seats will be carried out during the second round of seat allotment to ensure maximum seat utilisation.
