Round 2 of Haryana AYUSH Counselling 2025 is important for candidates who were either not allotted a seat in Round 1, wish to upgrade their seat, or are registering fresh for the first time. Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra, has outlined several important instructions that candidates must follow carefully:
Vacant Seat Filling
- If seats remain vacant after the 1st or 2nd round, they will be filled in the subsequent (2nd / 3rd) round as per the notified schedule on the official website – www.skau.ac.in.
- Candidates are advised to visit the website regularly for updates and corrigenda.
Upgradation / Shifting of Seats
- Seat upgradation or shifting to other institutes is allowed only in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.
- No shifting will be permitted after these rounds.
Fresh Registration in Round 2
- Fresh candidates can register for Round 2 and 3 by paying the prescribed registration fee on the University Admission Portal.
- Already registered candidates need not register again but must fill fresh choices for colleges/courses to participate further.
Choice Filling for Registered Candidates
- Candidates who have joined seats in Round 1 can retain their seat but may opt for an upgrade by filling fresh preferences for colleges/institutes in Round 2 / 3.
- Upgradation will be done only if the candidate is allotted a higher-preference seat.
Security Fee for Round 2
- To participate in Round 2 / 3, candidates must deposit a Security Fee at the time of registration/choice filling:
- Rs.5,000 – For candidates opting only for State Quota seats in Government/Government-aided colleges.
- Rs.50,000 – For candidates opting for State Quota in Government + Private colleges and/or Management Quota seats in Private BAMS/BHMS Institutes/Universities.
Eligibility Linked with Security Fee
- Candidates who fail to deposit the Security Fee will not be eligible to participate in Round 2 / 3 counselling.
Security Fee Rules
- If the candidate joins the allotted college, the Security Fee will be adjusted against the 1st-year course fee.
- If the candidate is allotted a seat but does not join or surrenders it later.
- If admission is cancelled due to wrong information provided during registration or failure to produce required documents.
- If no seat is allotted, the Security Fee will be refunded after the completion of the entire counselling process as per refund guidelines.
