Haryana AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 2 Schedule

Haryana AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 2 has started, giving additional opportunity of counselling to eligible candidates for admission in AYUSH BAMS, BHMS courses in the state. The counselling is being conducted by Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra for allotment of seats in to the AYUSH Government and private colleges of Haryana in a fair and transparent manner. 

After the Round 1 admissions, there are vacant seats or seats available for upgradation, and hence Round 2 has appeared to be an important opportunity of candidates for the seat who did not get a seat in Round 1, or candidates who are seeking upgradation of their seat allotment. Those eligible candidates can register for the round, fill their college preferences from website www.skau.ac.in or https://skau.online-counselling.co.in/ between 25th September 2025 to 28th September 2025 (up to 05:00 PM). 

During the registration period, the candidates must log in, register themselves, and most importantly, fill and lock their college preferences. This is a key part of the admissions process because the college preferences are a key part of the final allocation of seats. The counselling process is based on merit and the availability of seat in various categories will vary, so it is important that candidates make a thoughtful selection of their preferences so that they increase their potential for admissions.  

As the timelines are strict, it is advisable for students to complete the process much early so as not to have last minute issues impact their applications. Round 2 is not only a matter of filling open seats, but it is an opportunity for many to get into their dream colleges under the AYUSH courses.

Round 2 counselling schedule for Haryana AYUSH admissions 2025 has been released by Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra. This round is particularly important for candidates who either did not get a seat in the first round or wish to upgrade their earlier allotment. Students must carefully follow the timeline, as registrations, choice filling, and allotment processes are strictly time-bound.

Terms & Conditions for Haryana AYUSH Counselling 2025 – Round 2 (UG Courses)

The second round of counselling for UG AYUSH courses in Haryana is conducted by Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra, to fill vacant, newly added, or unclaimed seats after Round 1. Candidates must carefully go through the terms and conditions before participating, as compliance with these rules is mandatory to secure admission.

Key Terms & Conditions

1. Vacant / New Seats: Any seat left vacant after Round 1, or newly permitted seats by statutory authorities, will be included in Round 2 counselling.

2. Fresh Registration: New candidates can register at https://skau.online-counselling.co.in/. Registration fee must be paid online; failure to pay will result in cancellation of admission.

3. Mandatory Reporting: Candidates must appear in person at the allotted college for joining and original document verification.

4. Legal Applicability: Any order from Hon’ble Supreme Court, Punjab & Haryana High Court, or amendments by State/Union Government, Ministry of AYUSH, or NCISM (CCIM) will be binding.

5. Eligibility: Candidates must be at least 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2025; no upper age limit applies.

6. Already Registered Candidates: Students from Round 1 need not register again but must log in, submit a declaration, re-fill preferences, and pay security fees for Round 2 participation.

7. Security Fee:

• Rs.5,000 for State Quota seats in Govt./Govt.-aided colleges only.
• Rs.50,000 for State Quota + Management Quota seats in private colleges/universities.
• Candidates failing to deposit the required security fee cannot participate.
• Adjusted in 1st-year fee if the candidate joins.
• Forfeited if the candidate does not join after allotment, surrenders, or provides wrong information.
• Refunded if no seat is allotted.

8. Upgradation Option: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 can retain it or opt for an upgrade in Round 2 by submitting fresh preferences.

9. Tuition Fee Payment: Must be paid online or via Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, SKAU, before joining; otherwise, admission will be cancelled.

10. Document Requirement: Original documents (10th, 12th, Character Certificate, Haryana Domicile, NEET 2025 Score Card, Caste Certificate, Disability Certificate if applicable, ID proof, etc.), two sets of self-attested photocopies, and four photographs must be produced. Candidates with originals submitted elsewhere must show receipt and give an undertaking

11. PwD Candidates: Must produce a valid Benchmark Disability Certificate from an authorized institution (Annexure-V of notification).

12. Undertaking: Every candidate must submit an affidavit declaring that they are not already pursuing any UG AYUSH course in India.

13. Discrepancies / False Information:

• Admission stands cancelled if false information or fake documents are found at any stage.
• Disputes will be resolved by the respective college admission committee in consultation with the State Admission Committee.

14. Grievance Redressal: Complaints will be entertained only through tickets raised on the official admission portal.

15. Verification Responsibility: Each allotted college will form a committee to verify documents. Colleges will be held accountable if fake documents are later detected.

16. Private College Admissions: Any admission made by a private AYUSH college/university outside the counselling process is invalid and will be considered null and void.

17. Final Authority: Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra reserves the final decision-making power in case of disputes or issues.
