The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has published the schedule for Round 3 of the Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2025. This is for admission to BAMS, BHMS and BUMS (Group B) courses in the academic year 2025-26.
Following the completion of CAP Round 2 successfully on October 10, 2025, the remaining vacant seats would be filled through CAP Round 3 in a similar manner. The online registration and CAP Round 3 has started from October 18, 2025 in which the following activities will take place, fresh registration (for new candidates), payment of fees, upload of documents, publication of the merit list, filling preference forms and declaration of the selection list.
Candidates have registered already in the previous round will not need to register again, but now will fill in preference forms according to the revised seat matrix. The selection list for Round 3 will be published on the CET cell’s website on October 25th, 2025, followed by physical reporting and status retention from October 26 to October 30, 2025.
This round provides candidates with another opportunity to be offered a seat in AYUSH undergraduate courses in Maharashtra, and will allow all the vacant seats to be filled before the start of the academic year.

Important Instructions for Candidates – Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3
The State CET Cell, Maharashtra has released several key instructions to candidates who will participate in Maharashtra AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3 for admissions to BAMS, BHMS and BUMS (Group B) courses. All candidates are required to read and follow these directions closely to ensure their participation goes smoothly in order to avoid disqualification from the counselling process.
- No Re-registration Necessary:
If candidates have registered already for any of the previous rounds, they will not be required to register again for CAP Round 3.
- For Candidates Who Cancelled or Did Not Join in Round 2:
Candidates who cancelled or did not join their seat in CAP Round 2 need to unlock their application and submit the form again, and they will also need to make the payment again from their candidate login.
- New Choice Filling Required:
Candidates’ submitted preferences from CAP Round 2 will be null and void. All candidates will need to fill new choices (preferences) for Round 3.
- Candidates to Complete Registration/TIMELY Upload Requirement:
Candidates should be complete their registration and upload their original scanned documents within the given time period for counselling. Late submissions after the timeline will not be entertained.
- AIQ Round 3 Allottees:
Candidates who have been allotted a seat in AIQ Round 3 of AACCC will be considered ineligible for CAP Round 3 or for any future rounds of state counselling.
- Mandatory Reporting for Allotted Seats
Candidates who are allotted a seat in CAP Round 3 must attend and join the allotted institute. If a candidate fails to join, he/she will be disqualified from all subsequent rounds afterwards, one way or the other, irrespective of his/her acceptance of the seat.
- Verification of Eligibility
Candidates must ensure they are meeting the eligibility criteria of the desired course before completing the registration process.
- PwD Candidates
In meeting the requirements for admission, the PwD candidates must have claimed the quota for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) during the NEET application, and are required to upload the online certificate for to PwD issued by any of the 16 designated boards.
- EWS Reservation Clarification
Candidates who are falling under their Economically Weaker Section (EWS) reservation must include only the candidates who are not covered under SC, ST, DT-A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC (including SBC), SEBC reservation categories.
- Reservation Claim Prior to Submission
Candidates who are belonging to any of the reservation categories must claim the reservation category in the application form prior to submission which means submission even if the claim is checked later.
- No Conversion Category After Submission
The request for conversion from Open/General category to Reserved category will not be entertained once the form is submitted, and payment is made.

A. Candidates who have been offered a seat in AIQ Round 3 (AACCC) are not eligible to participate in CAP Round 3 or any subsequent state counselling rounds.
