Candidates who have qualified NEET UG in 2025 and want to take undergraduate AYUSH courses under state quota must follow the counselling dates and guidelines.

Candidates will be offered AYUSH courses using three rounds of counselling – Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3 with merit and choice as per eligible candidates.

The counselling schedule will start with Round 1 of online registration from 11th September 2025 to 15th September 2025 (11:59 PM). Round 2 online registrations of candidates which will take place from 26th September 2025 to 28th September 2025 and Round 3 online registrations from 22nd October 2025 to 24th October 2025 (11:59 PM). These timelines must be adhered to and no late registrations will be accepted.

Department of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh, has announced the detailed schedule for MP AYUSH NEET UG Counselling 2025 for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BSMS courses under state quota seats. The counselling process will be conducted in three rounds (Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3), followed by a Mop-up round if required.

MP AYUSH Counselling 2025 Process

Madhya Pradesh AYUSH Counselling 2025 is organized by the Department of AYUSH, Government of Madhya Pradesh for the admission of various BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS courses offered by Government and Private AYUSH Colleges in Madhya Pradesh. Counselling will be conducted entirely online, on the basis of NEET UG 2025 score.

You can follow the below-mentioned steps to complete your counselling process:

1.Online Registration

  • Candidates have to register on the officially designated MP AYUSH Counselling portal (https://ayush.mp.gov.in/) within the specified dates.
  • Candidates have to enter the required NEET UG 2025 information, personal details and a login ID will be created to complete the registration.
  • The registration process will only be completed once a non-refundable registration fee has been paid by the candidates.

2. Document Verification

  • Following successful registration of a candidate, they will be expected to upload the necessary documents for verification process online.
  • Only candidates that have been verified, will be eligible to continue on to the next counselling rounds.
  • The required documents are: NEET UG admit card, NEET UG scorecard, Class 10th and 12th mark sheets, Domicile certificate (for certain states), Category certificate (if required, etc.

3. State Merit List Publication

  • A state merit list will be published based on the NEET UG 2025 scores of all registered and verified candidates.
  • The merit list will provide the order in which candidates will be allotted a seat.

4. Choice Filling & Locking

  • Candidates who were eligible for counselling can log in to the counselling portal and fill their colleges and courses of preference in order of their priority. 
  • Candidates will have to lock their choices, so they will have to double-check before the timetable given for locking.
  • Once a candidate clicks “Lock,” their choices are fixed and cannot be changed.

5. Seat Allotment

  • Seats are allotted based on the rank obtained by the candidate on the NEET UG, the state merit list, rules of reservation, and choices filled,
  • The seat allotment result is published online, and candidates must download the provisional allotment letter.

6. Reporting to Allotted College

  • Candidates allotment of seat must report, with given time frame to their respective college. 
  • Candidate must carry the original document and fee payment to confirmation of admission.
  • Failure to report will result in cancellation of seat allotment.

7. Upgradation & Subsequent Rounds

  • Candidates are free to opt for upgradation in Round 2 or Round 3 if they are not satisfied with their allocated seat in Round 1. You have to remember they do not have seats in Round 1.
  • In Round 2 and Round 3, it is possible to register fresh, depending on the counselling authority
  • Candidates will have to fill preferences for previously vacant seats that can be filled again.

8. Mop-Up Round (if applicable)

  • If some of the seats remain vacant after three rounds of counselling, there might be a mop-up round.
  • The seats that remain vacant will generally be filled at the institute level, under authority counsel.
