
Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling will be conducted by Rajasthan NEET Ayush UG/PG Counselling Board, Jodhpur and counselling is expected to start from the First Week of September (Tentative). Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling is conducted for admission in BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS & BNYS courses and admission is solely based on NEET Exam rank. The curriculum for these AYUSH courses aligns with the standards set by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), ensuring a complete education in traditional medical systems. This year NEET Exam will be held on 4th May 2025 by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and results will be declared on 14th June 2025. Counselling Fee Payment & Choice Filling
- Applicants need to pay a counselling fee of INR 25,000/- via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
- The counselling fee is required to be paid before proceeding with the online choice filling.
- This fee shall be deducted against the tuition fee in case of candidates who are assigned and actually join a college.
- In the event of unFilled NRI Quota seats during Round 1, such seats will be transferred to Category IV NRI as per the order of the Rajasthan Government.
- In order to be eligible for these seats, candidates should choose the NRI Quota option while filling their choices and should be prepared to pay the NRI quota fee as specified.

Seat allocation in Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS courses is carried out in multiple rounds. The procedure is such that seats are distributed equitably on the basis of merit, filled preferences, and reservation policy. Below is a detailed description of the seat allocation process:
Eligibility for Seat Allotment in Second Round
- Eligible applicants for Round 2 seat allotment will fall in one or both of the following categories:
- Group I: Fresh candidates who never enrolled in Round 1 but become fresh eligible and enrolled for Round 2.
- Group II: Candidates who registered in Round 1 but were not allotted any seats.
- Group III: Applicants whose Round 1 seat got cancelled at document verification, particularly those belonging to reserved categories. Such applicants shall be treated under the revised category (if any), as per seat availability.
- Group IV: Candidates who reported to their allotted institute in Round 1 and submitted willingness for upgradation to participate in Round 2.
- Group V: Candidates who were allotted a seat but did not join the college.
- Group VI & VII: Candidates who resigned from their allotted seat in Round 1 at the college level.
- Note: Candidates allotted State Quota or All India Quota (AIQ) seats in earlier rounds must vacate their previously allotted seats if they accept a new allotment under AIQ by AACCC in any round. Failure to do so will render them ineligible for the rest of the counselling process.
Important Instructions for Allotted Candidates (Second Round Onwards)
- If a candidate is allotted a seat in Round 2 but fails to report or join, the counselling fee will be forfeited, and the seat will be cancelled.
- Such candidates will also become ineligible for further rounds of counselling.
Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling Stray Vacancy Round 2025
Following the completion of Round 1 and Round 2 counselling for courses BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS, the Mop-Up Round and Stray Vacancy Round are organised in order to fill the vacant seats. These rounds are organised under the guidance of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
When the AACCC NEET Merit List is completed and seats are left vacant, such leftover seats are handed over to the Rajasthan Counselling Board. Admission to such seats is made via the Stray Vacancy Round, if necessary. Eligible candidates have to submit a different application form with the NEET UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan, to participate.
Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling Seat Surrender Process
During Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling for BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS course admissions, candidates who seek to relinquish their allotted seat or withdraw from counselling must abide by the established procedure. The Security Money (Counselling Fee) may be forfeited under specific conditions.
The counselling fee, which is also called security money, may be forfeited under specified conditions. If a candidate is given a seat in Round 2 but does not turn up or join the institution within the specified time, the counselling fee will be lost. Further, if a candidate joins the Round 2 allocated seat but then wishes to withdraw or surrender it voluntarily, their security money will also be lost. The fee will also be lost in case the seat is cancelled by the admission authorities because of giving wrong information while registering or because of not presenting the necessary original documents during the time of admission.
