Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 2 Choice Filling Process
Choice filling is the most important step of counselling as the allotment of BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and BNYS seats entirely depends on the choices filled by candidates. It is very important that candidates follow the process entirely for Round 2 of Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling 2025 to avoid mistakes or cancellation of admission.
Deposit the Counselling Fee
- Every candidate must deposit ₹25,000/- as Counselling Fee/Security Money before choice filling using Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card. Candidates will receive this amount later against the tuition fee if they join the allotted college.
Filling and Locking Choices
- Once candidates have paid, they may log back into the official counselling portal and fill the preferred colleges and courses. The choices filled are saved and locked, thus it is very important that candidates do this and do not forget. Unsaved choices will not be considered.
Annual College Fee Payment (For Allotted Candidates)
- Candidates allotted a seat must deposit their annual college fee (after adjusting counselling fee) through online payment/ Demand Draft in favour of “CHAIRMAN, AYUSH UG ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD, Jaipur” before the specified time. Even if candidates joined in Round 1 they are still eligible for upgradation in Round 2 as long as they fill up fresh choices.
Non-Reporting Candidates
- If a candidate fails to report to the counselling board or does not pay the prescribed annual college fee within the deadline, their seat allotment will be cancelled.
- However, they may still participate in Round 2 as a last chance without losing their counselling fee, but they must fill a fresh choice filling form. Allotment will then depend on seat availability and Round 2 merit.
Forfeiture of Counselling Fee
The counselling fee/security money will be forfeited if:
- A candidate is allotted a seat in Round 2 (or later) and fails to join or surrenders the seat.
- Admission is cancelled due to wrong information provided during registration.
- Required documents are not produced at the time of reporting.
If no seat is allotted in any round, the counselling fee will be refunded after the counselling process concludes.
NRI Quota Option
- If NRI seats remain vacant after Round 1, they will be converted into the IVth Category of NRI seats as per Government of Rajasthan orders.
- Candidates who wish to be considered for these seats must select the NRI Quota option while filling the online choice form and deposit the prescribed NRI quota fee.
