Allotment of Seats Through Counselling Process

Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling 2025 procedure for admissions to BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS programmes is conducted completely online via the official websites https://rajugpgayushcounselling.in and https://rajayushcounselling.com.

The allocation of seats to successful candidates is dependent solely on the All India Merit List of NEET-UG 2025 in a fair and transparent manner. Only candidates, who qualify for admission, who had registered for the counselling and appeared in NEET-2025 shall be able to take part in the seat allocation.

Key Points on Seat Allocation

  • Online Counselling Only: The seat allocation in all rounds will only be conducted online. Candidates will need to check the official websites for notifications and counselling schedule
  • Merit-Based Allocation: The allotment of seats will be done solely in order of the NEET-2025 All India Rank merit list and the preferences in the choice filling by the candidate.
  • Reporting and Fee Payment:
  1. Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 must report to the Reporting Centres in Jaipur within the given time limits to report.
  2. The college fee annually must be paid by Demand Draft (DD) or by online transfer (within UPI limits) in favour of CHAIRMAN, AYUSH UG ADMISSION COUNSELING BOARD (Payable at Jaipur).
  3. Only the candidates who report and pay the fees shall be eligible to be upgraded into Round 2.

Finality of Seat Allotment:

  1. The seats granted up to the 2nd round will be considered final unless additional seats or colleges are included in subsequent rounds.
  2. A candidate who fails to report to or join any seat allocated by the end of the second round will lose their counselling fee and will not be permitted to participate in future rounds.
  • Counselling Fee Forfeiture: The counselling fee will also be forfeited if:
  1. The candidate provides false information during the registration process.
  2. The allotted seat is later cancelled at the time of reporting due to discrepancies in documents.
  • Mop-Up Round: Candidates who were not allotted any seat in Round 1 or Round 2 will be considered for the Mop-Up Round automatically. No fresh application form has to be submitted for that aspect.
  • Original Documents Mandatory: No admission at reporting centres/colleges will be permitted until original certificates/documents are provided and verified.
  • Verification of Documents by Colleges: The list of candidates provisionally allotted will be shared to colleges and all credentials of reporting candidates must be verified before confirming admission.
  • Provisional Admission: All admissions are provisional until the appropriate university gives formal enrollment. Any pending legal cases, if any, could also affect admission.
  • New Colleges/Seats Allocations: If new AYUSH colleges or new seats within AYUSH colleges are included as part of the ongoing counselling process, those will be allocated based on the merit list of registered candidates that already exists.
  • Stray Vacancy Round: After the Mop-Up Round, if any seats remain vacant, and all candidates on the AACCC NEET merit list have been allocated, these will be filled through a Stray Vacancy Round by submitting new applications to the Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling Board.
