It is now confirmed that the registration process for AIQ will commence and wrap up in the first week of September, but it has been seen in the past that state-level counselling, like UP AYUSH, almost immediately governs their counselling, upon the actual completion the AIQ, registration process.

Without completing registration, candidates will not be able to attend counselling rounds, fill choices or receive service offer letter. 1. Mandatory Online Sign-Up

• Visit the official counselling website: https://upayushcounseling.upsdc.gov.in
• Click on the registration link and complete the self-signup form
• Ensure that all details match your NEET 2025 records

2. Login Requirement

• Use your NEET UG 2025 Roll Number and Application Number (as per NEET Admit Card) to log in.
• Your details such as name, NEET score, date of birth, and category will be fetched automatically.
• Verify the information and enter additional required details like registration certificate number.

3. Registration Fee Payment

• Pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,000
• The fee will be applicable for Round 1, Round 2, and Mop-Up Round
• You can make the payment only via online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net banking, or UPI
• Registration and fee submission can only take place on the official portal.

4. Re-Register for Rounds

• If candidates would like to re-join into round 2 or mop-up round after participating earlier and did not pay registration, he/she will have to re-register with the processing fees of Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

5. Mandatory Registration for all Rounds

• All candidates must register to be considered for any of the rounds including the Mop-Up Round and Stray vacancy Round
• Without registration and payment of the fees candidates will not have general access to the seat allotment process.

When registering for UP AYUSH Counselling 2025, candidates need to be prepared with all the documents that are required to be provided in scanned and original forms. 1. Personal Identification Documents

• NEET 2025 Admit Card – Compulsory for counselling and admission.

• Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License — Any valid government id card which has a photo.
• Passport-size Photographs – Latest photographs (as per specifications).

2. Academic Qualification Documents

• Class 10 Marksheet & Certificate – Proof of date of birth and qualification.
• Class 12 Marksheet & Certificate – Verification of eligibility (how much percentile in PCB).
• Forwarding Certificate/ Transfer Certificate – Latest institution last attended.

3. Category and Domicile certificates (if relevant):

• Caste Certificate – For SC / ST / OBC Candidates (from an authorized authority of UP).
