Also, if the NEET cut-off gets lowered by the NTA or the Government, even more candidates might suddenly become eligible.

If you already registered in earlier rounds but didn’t get a seat till Round 3, you can participate directly in this round without paying the counselling fee again.

Who’s Not Eligible?

If you’ve been allotted a seat in this round and you don’t report to the college, you’re out of the counselling process entirely. No second chances.

Also, if you’ve already joined a seat during the Stray Vacancy Round, you cannot surrender that seat later. No more switching, upgrading, or opting for a better college.
