AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3 Choice Filling Process
Eligibility and Provisional Merit List
- Before choice filling begins, AACCC publishes a provisional list of eligible candidates who have completed the registration, fee payment, and document verification processes. Only those candidates are allowed to fill preferences.
Online Preference / Choice Filling Portal
- The choice filling is done exclusively online via the AACCC portal (no offline forms).
- Candidates log in using their credentials and access the “Preference Form” section for Round 3.
Filling and Modifying Preferences (Until Final Submission)
- Candidates can add, delete, and reorder their choices multiple times within the defined window.
- The preference list typically includes various colleges and AYUSH courses like BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BSMS, etc.
- The candidates must ensure that each option is correct (college code + course). Once preferences are submitted (finalized), no further changes are allowed for that round.
Preference Groupings / Multiple Rounds
- AACCC handles different AYUSH course groups in separate “groups” for preference filling and allotment—for example, MBBS/BDS, BAMS/BHMS/BUMS, and possibly other allied AYUSH courses.
Institutional / Quota Seats Handling
- For Institutional quota seats (if applicable), special rules may apply (such as additional fees or eligibility). Candidates must check whether they are eligible to fill preferences for those seats.
Locking / Final Submission of Preferences
- At the conclusion of the choice filling window, there will be a locking period in which candidates must lock their final preferences manually. If candidates do not manually lock their preferences, the system will sometimes auto-lock their most recently saved preference list. This locked preference list will be used by the allotment engine.
Seat Allotment Processing
After the locking period is over, AACCC will process the allotment using a centralized algorithm considering:
- The rank/merit of the NEET UG 2025 candidate;
- The preferences submitted (or ranked choices);
- The availability of seats in the colleges, as well as reservation/quota rules;
- Eligibility, category and special quotas (if any).
Result Publication and Reporting
- The result for the Round 3 allotment is typically published on a pre-announced date through the AACCC official website.
- Candidates that receive a seat are required to report to the allotted institution, produce a set of original documents and complete admission formalities within the previously specified reporting dates.
- Thereafter, AACCC / NCISM / NCH may also cross-verify (at a later point) the data of candidates that joined their seats to validate their admission status.
Stray Vacancy Rounds (if applicable)
- Post-Round 3, AACCC deals with vacant/unfilled seats in AYUSH colleges through Stray Vacancy Rounds, for which AACCC is expected to handle all significant arrangements.
