If the uploaded documents are found to be satisfactory, the candidate will remain eligible for the next round of counselling, subject to the applicable rules.
Candidates whose documents require clarification should respond within the stipulated time. Failure to respond may result in cancellation of the allotted seat and loss of eligibility for further rounds.
Reporting at the Allotted Institute
Candidates who receive a seat in Round 1 must report to their allotted college/institution within the notified schedule. They will be required to submit the necessary documents and complete the remaining admission formalities.
The university has also stated that the provisional seat allotment will not be considered final until the required verification and reporting formalities are completed.
Important Instructions for Candidates
GGSIPU has advised candidates to regularly check their university account and official notifications because no separate personal communication may be sent regarding important counselling activities.
Candidates should also carefully check the category, region, qualifying examination details and reservation documents entered during registration. The university has stated that incorrect information or invalid documents can lead to cancellation of the allotted seat and forfeiture of the applicable fees.
Candidates are also advised to keep their login credentials confidential and avoid sharing them with others.
