Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat has released the schedule for the 1st Online Round Allotment and Reporting for BAMS and BHMS courses for the academic year 2026-27.
The admission process covers eligible candidates included in the ACPUGMEC merit list for admission to Government, Management and NRI seats in Ayurved and Homoeopathy undergraduate courses, including seats in Government, Grant-in-Aid and Self-Financed Colleges of Gujarat.
The official Gujarat admission portal also lists separate admission processes for Ayurved & Homoeopathy undergraduate courses and the 15% SFI AIQ BAMS/BHMS seats.
Gujarat AYUSH Counselling 2026 Round 1 Schedule
As per the notification issued by ACPUGMEC, candidates who have been allotted seats in the first online round need to complete the tuition fee payment and reporting/document submission within the prescribed dates.

Online Tuition Fee Payment Starts on September 23
Candidates who have received an allotment in the first online round can begin paying their tuition fees online from September 23, 2026. The online payment facility will remain available until 3:30 PM on September 30, 2026.
Candidates should complete the payment within the deadline to proceed with the admission confirmation process.
Offline Fee Payment Through HDFC Bank
ACPUGMEC has also provided an option for candidates to pay the tuition fee at a designated branch of HDFC Bank.
The offline payment facility will start from 10:30 AM on September 24, 2026, and will remain available until 3:30 PM on September 30, 2026.
The notification specifically states that offline payment at designated HDFC Bank branches can be made during banking hours on working days only.
Reporting and Original Document Submission
Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 must report to the designated Help Centre and submit their original documents for verification.
The reporting and original document submission window will be open from 24 September 2026, 10:00 AM to 1 October 2026, 4:00 PM.
Candidates should make sure that they complete the reporting process within the prescribed deadline. Failure to complete the required admission formalities within the stipulated period may affect confirmation of admission.
Help Centre Working Hours
According to the notification, the help centres will operate during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Help centres will remain closed.
Candidates should plan their reporting accordingly.
