Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra (SKAU) has officially announced the schedule for the Haryana AYUSH Counselling 2025, Round 3. SKAU has been designated for accepting admission applications into BAMS and BHMS courses across public and private AYUSH colleges within Haryana. The third round of counselling will allow the candidates, who took the NEET UG 2025, a final opportunity to get provisional admissions for the academic session 2025-2026.

The entire Round 3 process from registration through to reporting to the college allocated will be through the official portal, www.skau.ac.in and https://skau.online-counselling.co.in. Candidates are advised to follow the timeline closely to ensure participation. 

The registration and college preference form submission period for phase three will occur from October 16, 2025 until October 22, 2025, 5:00 PM. The provisional seat allotment process will take place on October 24, 2025, with an associated grievance redressal process (open until midnight on the same day). The final seat allocation (after grievance redressal) will take place on October 25, 2025, and students receiving allocated seats must pay tuition fees and download their provisional allotment letter, and confirm admission at the college of allocation by verifying documents. 

This phase is important for students who have not been allocated a seat in a preceding phase and for whom an upgrade may be possible. All students are advised to plan carefully and ensure they keep to the published schedule.

Haryana AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3 – Important Instructions

Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra (SKAU) has issued a complete set of important instructions for candidates taking part in Round 3 of Haryana AYUSH Counselling 2025 for the admission of the BAMS and BHMS courses in Government, Government-Aided and Private Institutions for the Session 2025-26.

Candidates should read and follow through all the instructions carefully as their adherence will be essential, confirming that they are eligible and for the successful completion of the counseling and admission process.

Filling of Vacant or New Seats

  • Any seats left vacant after the 2nd round of counselling, or newly approved seats by the concerned authorities, will be filled during the 3rd round of counselling.

Fresh Registration for Round 3

  • New candidates can register through https://skau.online-counselling.co.in.
  • The counselling fee must be paid online to Shri Krishna AYUSH University at the time of joining. Failure to pay will lead to cancellation of admission.

Mandatory Physical Reporting

  • Candidates must personally report to the allotted college for document verification and joining. No proxy or representative reporting is allowed.

Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Orders

  • Any orders issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Punjab and Haryana High Court, Ministry of AYUSH, or Government amendments shall be applicable at all stages.

Eligibility and Age Criteria

  • The candidate must have attained 17 years of age by 31st December 2025. There is no upper age limit for AYUSH UG courses.

Participation of Previously Registered Candidates

  • Candidates registered in earlier rounds need not register again but must submit a declaration, fresh preferences, and security fee to participate in Round 3.

Security Fee Payment

  • For State Quota seats in Government Colleges (SKGAC Kurukshetra and MSM Institute, Khanpur Kalan): ₹5,000/-
  • For Government + Private Colleges (State/Management Quota): ₹50,000/-

Non-payment of the security fee will make the candidate ineligible for Round 3 participation.

Adjustment or Forfeiture of Security Money

  • The security fee will be adjusted in the first-year tuition fee upon joining.
  • It will be forfeited if the candidate fails to join the allotted college, provides incorrect information, or cannot produce documents at the time of admission.
  • It will be refunded (after due process) if no seat is allotted.

Upgradation Option for Round 2 Candidates

  • Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 can retain or upgrade to a higher-preference college during Round 3 by filling new choices.

Tuition Fee Submission

  • The tuition fee must be paid online to Shri Krishna AYUSH University at the time of joining; otherwise, the admission will stand cancelled.

Documents Required at the Time of Reporting

Candidates must produce original documents with two self-attested photocopy sets and four photographs:

  • 10th and 12th Mark Sheets
  • Character Certificate
  • Haryana Domicile Certificate
  • NEET-UG 2025 Score Card
  • Proof of Identification
  • Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable)
  • PwD Certificate (if applicable)
  • Undertaking of non-enrollment in any other AYUSH UG course

Must submit a valid Benchmark Disability Certificate issued by authorized institutions as per the notification annexure.

Verification and Responsibility

  • Colleges will form a Document Verification Committee responsible for verifying all records.
  • In case of fake or invalid documents, the admission will be cancelled and fees forfeited.

Null and Void Admissions

  • Any admission made independently by private colleges without SKAU approval will be considered invalid and void.

Grievance Redressal

  • Any grievance or issue during counselling can be raised only through the admission portal ticketing system.

Final Authority

  • In case of any dispute, the decision of Shri Krishna AYUSH University, Kurukshetra shall be final and binding.
