Shri Krishna AYUSH University (SKAU), Kurukshetra, has released the schedule for the 1st Round of Counselling for UG AYUSH (BAMS/BHMS) courses for the academic session 2026-27. The counselling schedule covers registration, college preference filling, provisional seat allocation, grievance submission, fee payment and final joining formalities.
According to the schedule, the online registration and college preference filling process will begin on September 19, 2026, and candidates will be able to register until September 22, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

Registration Begins on September 19
Eligible candidates seeking admission to BAMS and BHMS courses will have to register through the SKAU admission portal. The registration and college preference-filling window will remain open from September 19 to September 22, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
Candidates are required to complete the registration process within the prescribed timeline and submit their college preferences through the online portal.
PwD Candidates to Appear Before Medical Board
The schedule also includes a separate provision for PwD candidates. The Medical Board for candidates requiring a Benchmark Disability Certificate will be conducted at PGIMS, Rohtak, on September 22, 2026.
Eligible PwD candidates should follow the instructions issued by the authorities regarding the medical board and disability certification.
Provisional Seat Allocation on September 24
The university will publish the provisional allocation of seats on September 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Candidates who find any discrepancy in their provisional allocation will be given an opportunity to submit grievances through the admission portal. The grievance submission window will remain open until 12:00 midnight on September 24.
Revised Provisional Allocation on September 25
After considering the grievances submitted by candidates, SKAU will display the provisional allocation of seats after grievance redressal on September 25 at 2:00 PM. Candidates should check the revised allocation carefully and proceed with the next steps if a seat has been allotted.
Tuition Fee Payment from September 25
Candidates who receive seat allocation after the grievance process will have to submit their tuition fee online through the university payment gateway.
The fee payment window will be open from September 25 to September 29, 2026. Candidates should complete the payment within the prescribed period to continue with the admission process.
Document Verification and Final Joining
After fee payment, candidates will have to complete the required admission formalities at their allotted college. The schedule provides September 25 to September 30, 2026, up to 3:00 PM for:
- Printing the fee payment status page
- Downloading the provisional allocation letter
- Document verification
- Completing other admission formalities
- Final joining at the allotted college
Candidates should carry the required original documents and follow the instructions issued by the allotted institution.
Final Seat Vacancy Status on September 30
The participating colleges will submit their final status regarding the number of seats filled and vacant. The university has scheduled the publication/submission of the final seat status for September 30, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
