Directorate of AYUSH, Madhya Pradesh has released the schedule for Round 1 of MP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 for admission under the State Quota. The counselling will be conducted online for eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates seeking admission to undergraduate AYUSH courses in government, aided and private colleges across Madhya Pradesh.
As per the notification dated September 10, 2026, the Round 1 counselling process will include online registration, application editing, document verification, publication of the seat matrix and merit list, choice filling, seat allotment and admission.

MP AYUSH UG Counselling 2026 Registration Starts September 17
Eligible candidates can register online for Round 1 from September 17, 2026. The registration window will remain open until September 21, 2026, up to 11:59 PM.
Candidates will have to complete the online registration process and submit the required details within the prescribed timeline.
The counselling is based on NEET UG 2026 eligibility and will cover admissions to AYUSH undergraduate programmes in Madhya Pradesh. The Round 1 schedule released by the Directorate of AYUSH confirms that registration will begin on September 17.
Application Editing Facility Available Till September 22
Candidates will be provided an opportunity to edit their application forms from September 17 to September 22, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
However, the notification specifically cautions candidates that once their details have been verified, they will not be able to make further changes to the registration information.
Candidates should therefore enter their personal, academic and other details carefully and verify the information before final submission.
Document Verification from September 18
The document verification process will be conducted from September 18 to September 22, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
Candidates should ensure that all required documents are available and comply with the applicable counselling requirements. Failure to complete the verification process within the prescribed period may affect participation in the subsequent counselling stages.
Seat Matrix and Merit List on September 23
The Round 1 seat matrix will be published on September 23, 2026.
The merit list for eligible candidates will also be published on the same date.
Candidates should check the merit list and available seats before submitting their college and course preferences.
Choice Filling Begins September 24
The choice-filling process will begin on September 24, 2026.
Candidates will be able to fill their preferred colleges and courses until September 26, 2026, up to 11:59 PM. The schedule also provides a facility for choice filling, locking and editing up to September 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Candidates are advised to arrange their preferences carefully according to their desired course and college.
MP AYUSH Round 1 Seat Allotment on September 28
The Round 1 seat allotment result will be published on September 28, 2026.
Candidates allotted seats will then have to complete the admission process at their respective institutions within the prescribed reporting period.
Admission from September 29 to October 1
Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 will be required to complete their admission/reporting formalities from September 29 to October 1, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
The schedule also provides an admission cancellation window from September 29 to October 1, up to 7:00 PM, as mentioned in the notification.
Courses Covered Under MP AYUSH Counselling
The counselling process is being conducted for undergraduate AYUSH courses in Madhya Pradesh, including programmes related to:
- Ayurveda
- Homoeopathy
- Unani
- Natural Medicine
- Yoga and related AYUSH disciplines
The process will cover eligible institutions participating under the Madhya Pradesh AYUSH State Quota counselling framework.
