As per the official schedule, Round 3 the registration and payment of fees will start from 10th October 2025 to 13th October 2025 (up to 2:00 PM). The choice filling and locking of choices will occur between 11th October to 13th October 2025 (up to 11:55 PM). The allotment of seats will be done from 14th October to 15th October and the result will be published on 16th October 2025. Important Instructions for AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3 Candidates
Round 3 gives candidates another opportunity to secure an AYUSH seat if they were not allotted earlier or wish to upgrade. The following important instructions define who is eligible and how to participate in Round 3 counselling. Candidates meeting any of the following criteria are eligible for AACCC AYUSH Round 3 Counselling 2025:
New Candidates:
- NEET (UG) 2025 qualified candidates who did not register in Round 1 or Round 2 must register afresh for Round 3.
Candidates Who Have Registered but Not Allotted:
- Candidates who registered earlier and did not get allotted in Round 1 and Round 2 don’t have to register.
Round 1 Free Exit Candidates:
- All candidates who were allotted in Round 1 and also took Free Exit can take part in Round 3.
Round 1 Admitted and Later Withdrawn:
- Candidates who were admitted in Round 1 but availed Free Exit before the declaration of Final Result of Round 2 (by excluding the day of declaration of result) are eligible for Round 3.
Not Upgraded During Round 2:
- Candidates of Round 1 who were admitted but were not upgraded in Round 2 are eligible.
Exit with Forfeiture Before Round 3:
- Candidates who were admitted in Round 1 but were not upgraded in Round 2 and took feasible exit with forfeiture of counselling fees at least 3 days before the commencement of Round 3 can appear again by paying the counselling fees afresh/full.
Round 1 Joined but Did Not Participate in Round 2:
- Candidates who joined the seat allotted with the help of Round 1 and expressed their willingness to be considered for upgradation but did not take part in Round 2 are eligible for Round 3.
Round 2 Joined Candidates Seeking Upgradation:
- Candidates who joined Round 2 allotted seat or created options for upgradation with their seat in Round 2 and expressed their willingness to be considered for upgradation for Round 3 are eligible.
Round 2 Non-Joined Candidates (Exit with Forfeiture):
- Such candidates can participate in Round 3 with full payment of counselling fees again.
Round 2 Joined Candidates Who Exited Before Round 3:
- Candidates who availed of exit with forfeiture of fees 3 days prior to the start of Round 3 can rejoin the process by paying full counselling fees again.

A. Candidates who qualified for NEET (UG) 2025 can register anew in Round 3 if they did not register in previous rounds. Candidates who registered beforehand, but did not get a seat allocated in any previous round, can attend as well without needing to re-register. Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 1 and opted for a free exit, and candidates who were admitted in Round 1 or Round 2 and opted for no upgrade can attend the third round. Candidates who exited and forfeited the counselling fee prior to Round 3 can also re-register and participate in Round 3 after paying the fee again.

A. The candidates who have already registered do not have to register again, as long as no seat was allotted. And only the candidates who are fresh and do not register in AACCC AYUSH Counselling before will only fill the registration registration form for Round 3.

A. Your choices which you filled in Round 1 and Round 2 will hold no ground. All candidates must fill new options for round 3 in mediation of their choices.
Q. Can a candidate upgrade their seat in AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3?
A. Candidates who have joined the seat allotted in Round 1 or Round 2 and have filled willingness for up gradation of seat will be eligible for an upgraded seat in Round 3 as per their merit and new choices.
Q. What happens if a seat is allotted to me in AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3?
A. The candidate will have to join the allotted institute in the allotted time period if seat is allotted in Round 3. There will be no free exit option in Round 3. In case where a candidate is joining the allotted seat in Round 3 and if earlier they had been allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 then that previous seat will be automatically forfeited.
Q. What if I do not get a seat in AACCC AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 3?
A. If a candidate does not get a seat in Round 3, they will still be eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round (SVR) provided they have filled the undertaking on the AACCC portal stating that they are not holding any seat from earlier rounds.
Q. Can I withdraw from the seat allotted in Round 3?
A. Withdrawal after the Round 3 result is not allowed. If you do not report or withdraw after being allotted a seat in Round 3, you will become ineligible for any further AYUSH UG Counselling 2025 conducted by AACCC or State/UT authorities, and your security fees will be forfeited.
Q. What if I do not report to the college after being allotted a seat in Round 3?
A. Failure to report to the allotted college will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat and ineligibility for all subsequent rounds of AYUSH counselling (Central or State). The counselling fees will also be forfeited.
