Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 2 Reporting has been officially started by the UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan. Those assigned or upgraded a seat in this round must report to the specified venue, confirm their admission, and join.
The reporting is being conducted at AYUSH Bhawan, Room No-214, Sector 26, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. The candidates who have been upgraded are to report on October 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. This will be followed by reporting for the candidates who were allotted seats in BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses on October 8, 2025, and lastly for candidates of BNYS and other remaining categories on October 9, 2025, from 10;00 AM – 5:00 PM.
All candidates must bring with them their original certificates, self-attested copies of certificates, allotment letter, and fee receipts with proof of payment (an explanation will be given as to whether this will be a Demand Draft or an online payment receipt) for the remaining college fee.
Candidates are also to report within the time frames allocated to each course because if it is after this time frame, the allotted seat will not be honored. The reporting is the final requirement to secure admission into the programs, so candidates are encouraged to register and report quickly.

Rajasthan AYUSH Counselling 2025 Round 2 Reporting Schedule
Candidates who have been allotted seats in BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS, or those upgraded from Round 1 must report in person at the designated venue within the given dates. Reporting within the stipulated schedule is mandatory to confirm admission; otherwise, the seat will be cancelled.

Important Rules for Reporting to College After Counselling/Joining Time
- Candidates must report to the allotted college and course within the time mentioned in the allotment letter; no extension will be provided.
- Once a seat is allotted, the allotment is firm and final; change of college/course is not allowed outside subsequent counselling rounds.
- Candidates must carry all original certificates, self-attested copies, and submit an undertaking on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 50 (Performa-9) confirming documents are genuine.
- Annual college fee must be deposited within the stipulated time; Rs. 25,000 counselling fee will be adjusted against this fee.
- All candidates are required to undergo medical examination at the allotted institution on notified dates.
- If a candidate cannot appear for the medical exam due to medical or unavoidable reasons, a parent/guardian may report with original documents for provisional admission, which will be confirmed after medical clearance.
- Candidates who fail the medical exam or whose documents/particulars are incorrect will have their admission cancelled.
- Admitted candidates must join classes on the date notified by the concerned university.
- Candidates currently studying elsewhere must provide an accepted resignation/relieving letter from their previous institution; failure to do so will result in disqualification.
- Not checking the official counselling website is not an excuse for missing reporting deadlines; failure to report in person will lead to automatic cancellation.
- Candidates who do not join the allotted college will be treated as fresh candidates in subsequent counselling rounds.
- The seat allotted will be cancelled if the candidate fails to deposit fees or submit required documents within the stipulated period.

Candidates must bring one printed copy of the online registration form along with all original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies of the following documents compulsorily:
- NEET 2025 Score Card & NEET 2025 Admit Card
- Allotment Letter issued after counselling.
- Marksheet of 10+2 (Senior School Certificate Examination) or its equivalent.
- Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet/certificate or any other equivalent certificate showing date of birth issued by the competent authority.
- Marksheet of Secondary Examination (10th Class).
- All Marksheets of 12th Class, if passed in more than one attempt.
- Eligibility Certificate/Document as selected at the time of filling the online application form (Serial I to XI as per the information booklet).
- Photo ID (Driving License / PAN Card / Voter ID / Govt./PSU ID / School ID / 12th Class Exam Admit Card / Aadhaar Card).
- Caste Certificate/Sub-category Certificate, if applicable.
- Domicile Certificate, if applicable.

1. If Sponsor (NRI/OCI/PIO) is currently residing in India:
- Certificate issued by Indian Embassy in the concerned country or Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
- Undertaking in the prescribed Proforma-6 on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 50, executed by the Sponsor NRI/OCI/PIO and duly notarized.
2. If Sponsor (NRI/OCI/PIO) is residing outside India:
- Notarized undertaking in Proforma-7, executed by the sponsor and notarized by the Notary Public of the foreign country.
- The NRI undertaking must be issued on or after the date of NEET 2025 examination.
3. Parent/Guardian Undertaking:
- Proforma-8 regarding the relationship between sponsor and candidate.
- Address details of parents and local Indian guardian.
